WebMay 4, 2015 · Can't play 4:3 stretched in Windows 10!! (Forced black bars) Hi, I've installed Windows 10 build 10074 today, and I can't get rid of the black bars no matter what. I set my graphics control panel to 1024 x 768 scaled fullscreen; literally everything else including my desktop is 4:3 stretched EXCEPT for CS:GO.
